Policy Details
You can return your item 14 days from the date you received it.
Items that can’t be returned include: Stationery Items
For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.
Shipping Fees
Moon Moisture will always pay for return shipping fees.
We will send over a shipping label via email.
Restocking Fees
All returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%.
Process Details
To return your purchase from Moon Moisture, place the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Please mail your return to the following address:

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Moon Moisture will process your return. Please allow at least 5-7 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Moon Moisture will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
